great patches; slow service

Since you asked I will tell. I ordered 14 days ago but I have yet to see delivery on either the A-10 flyby or the sunflower skull. I have ordered from you in the past and been very happy with the quality of the product. Unfortunately these were intended as gifts and I missed that window. I rated a 3 overall. This is based on experience with your product quality which would be a 5, and delivery would struggle to rate even a 1. There is room for improvement in timely delivery, even as the patches are excellent.
